Shopping Basics

All packages are delivered with PostNL or DHL.

Free shipping applies for orders above €100 in The Netherlands. For other countries, the shipping costs will be shown in the checkout after you’ve filled out your address.

Yes, I do! National and international shipping will be handled by PostNL or DHL. The international delivery duration will vary per country.

Please note: I’m not accountable for any rights, taxes, import charges, and any other additional charges and/or costs.


IvyBold accepts payments through iDEAL, Credit Card and PayPal.

Shipping & Returns

The estimated delivery times are:

The Netherlands: 1 – 2 business days
Europe: 5 – 14 business days
Outside of Europe: 5 – 25 business days

Please note: delivery times may take longer in case of holidays, customs and other events.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the product(s). Worn or damaged can unfortunately not be returned.

To return an item, please contact me at contact@ivybold.com and mention your name and order number in the subject line. I’ll send you a return form. Please fill in the form and send the package to the address provided in the return form.

Please note: The shipping costs for returning the order is for the customer.

Jewelry care

To make sure your jewelry stays as beautiful as it was the day you bought it, I recommend you to do the following:

  • Don’t spray perfume or other sprays while wearing your jewelry
  • Don’t swim or wash your hands with your jewelry on
  • Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or cloth separate from other jewelry
  • Avoid rubbing your jewelry against each other
  • Remove your jewelry when exercizing or excessive sweating
  • Don’t put on your jewelry right after applying makeup, cream, lotion or oil
  • Clean your jewelry gently, don’t rub it

Substances to avoid: chlorine, perfume, oils, lotions, creams, make-up, salt water
